Joe Dolan was Ireland’s greatest ambassador of rock’n roll and entertained so many people across the world with his unique voice, songs and showmanship on stage. Joe had countless hits including Westmeath Bachelor, Tar & Cement, Make me and Island, Good Looking Woman to name but a few.
Without doubt his adoring and loyal fans will be delighted to hear that “The Nearest to Perfect Tribute” of Joe Dolan has been discovered and is a Westmeath man also. Paschal Brennan was born with a god given voice similar to Joe Dolan and Demis Russos. He has been singing the songs of Joe for over 30 years.
Paschal came from a musical background and resides outside Athlone and was an integral part of the showband era. Paschal Brennan with his unique voice is uncanningly like Joe Dolan & Demis Russos.
Regular comments include “If I closed my eyes I’d have thought it was Joe Dolan who was on the stage”.
